How to change your fan page name! by WTFB on October 26, 2010 Have you ever thought, “I’d like to change the name of my fan page?” There are a number of reason why you might like to change the name of your Facebook fan page.  Spacing, wanting to add/remove city or location from the name, or adding another word to distinguish your page from the competition are all possible reasons.  Or maybe your business name has changed entirely… Well, now it’s possible.  But there’s a catch… You have to have fewer than 100 fans… So if your fan page has less than 100 fans and you’d like to change the name of your fan page, here’s how: 1.Click Edit Page, under the profile picture for your fan page. 2. Click Basic Information 3. You’ll then see Name listed with a changeable type box (photo below). 4. Change the field to your new fan page name. 5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
